Shipping / Delivery Information

We offer up to three different shipping options for our customers in the UK, with FREE Delivery on all orders over £20.

For Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Evri depending on the following conditions, you'll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.

1. Number of items you order
2. Total weight of your order
3. Physical dimensions when packed

For same-day dispatch place your order before 11:00 am, orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Due to Royal Mail restrictions, if battery-containing products such as Vape Kits are present in your order, it cannot be sent with Royal Mail. It will be sent with Evri or DPD, depending on the final package size, weight and destination.

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 am on the same day, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Free delivery is available from £20 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 3-5 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Express Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 am on the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 am Friday will ship the following working day (e.g. Monday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a tracking code when your order has been dispatched. Free delivery is available from £60 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 1-2 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Royal Mail

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 am on the same day, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
