A Little Bit of Old, a Little Bit of Gnu
Typhoo has been making tea since 1903, and over the years we've become known for more than just a good cup of tea.
From memorable advertising campaigns to catchy jingles, we've always enjoyed bringing a little personality to Britain's favourite daily ritual.
Back in the 1970s, our original Gnu became a familiar face on television screens, entertaining the nation with his musical talents, cheeky charm and love of Typhoo tea.
Now, decades later, he's back with a fresh look, a new name and a whole new adventure.
Typhoo Tea Fixes Everything... Sort Of.
We've all been there. One of those days when nothing quite goes to plan.
And while a cup of tea might not actually fix everything, there's something to be said for putting the kettle on, taking five and facing whatever comes next.
That's the thinking behind our new campaign, "Typhoo Tea Fixes Everything... Sort Of."
In our brand-new advert, Drew brings a little humour to everyday mishaps, celebrating the comforting ritual of a good brew and reminding everyone that sometimes, a cuppa is a pretty good place to start.
Of course, we're not claiming tea can solve all life's problems. But it can provide a welcome moment to pause, have a chat or simply enjoy a little time to yourself.
